We know Chloe and Jay best & feel they really know & care about Tom. He always comes home having done so many great activities, but also having had a cuddle if that’s what he needs.”

“Marion is currently transitioning to preschool. Her outgoing key worker, Jill, who is trained as a SENCO, has given her outstanding support (and continues to see her in preschool for 1-to-1 support sessions). She communicates with Marion using Makaton, and is performing speech and language therapy in the form of word cards every day (we can tell it’s working since Marion knows many English words better than her mother tongue, German!). She has been encouraging Marion’s motor development through physiotherapy, which was an important factor to help her to learn to walk over the summer months. Her level of dedication and care for Marion are exceptional and far beyond the call of duty.
All the other staff are fantastic at dealing with Marion as well and accommodating her various special needs.
Marion is very happy at Nether Green Nursery, so much so that at pick-up time often she doesn’t want to leave! As her parents, we are very satisfied with the level and quality of care and support at Nether Green Nursery – we already booked 2 places for our baby twins one year in advance!”

“There was a lot to learn and quickly to ensure Ronnie was safe and well each day having diabetes but also it was important for him being such a young age to able to still ‘carry on as normal’. Nothing was too much trouble during this time and this has continued through the last 11 months. In fact, I feel you have gone above and beyond.
I have certainly never felt any concerns regarding the fantastic care Ronnie receives. The communication between the team and ourselves has been great. Ronnie absolutely loves coming to Nether Green and I personally feel he is thriving well with a lot to take on board for him.
Thanks to the nurturing environment created by the team Lyra has built strong relationships with many of the children. It’s lovely to see this confidence come through outside of nursery too as she is now equipped to strike up new friendships with ease on family outings and on holidays. From the robust routines established to the secure climate for learning – it gives us, as parents, the assurance that Lyra is safe, forming strong relationships, making excellent progress and most importantly is very happy!”

“From the very first day at your nursery, you made us all feel welcome and we felt very comfortable and assured that James was now in good hands. I cannot tell you what a relief this was to us. I have loved picking James up from nursery and receiving a nice roundup from your team on what he’s been up to. He’s always been so happy when we walk home together, and more than once has protested as to why he can’t stay there for longer!
